What are the benefits of a complete roof replacement?

One strong advantage of a complete roof tear off is that we will be able to see the condition of the whole roof deck surface as well as the condition of the flashing and roof deck penetrations. This allows us to replace any rotted decking that can continue to deteriorate over time.

I need my roof replaced but I have had problems with past insurance claims, can Hewatt Roofing help with that?
